| Each week, CoreLogic RP Data collects a comprehensive set of auction results from around Australia. ‘Sold’ properties indicate those properties that were either successfully auctioned on the day, sold before the auction or sold after the auction. Properties ‘Not Sold’ were either passed in at auction or withdrawn. The clearance rate is calculated by dividing the total number of sold properties by the total number of auction results collected. |
