The submission was a proposal to keep the existing house | dwelling and footprint | setbacks and existing heights.

The internal floor, walls and ceiling were carefully demolished.

The development was Rebuilt to create two attached 3 bedroom dwellings with a first floor addition built in the attic space.

The allotment was subdivided into two.

The Design and Build was  achieved by ARK Builders.
